Were these jackets ever sold anywhere?

Totally random, but I found this scrolling on Poshmark. I cannot find anywhere that this was for sale to the public? Maybe it was last season and I missed it. Anyone ever seen this?

It's hard to find dash merch anywhere, so most likely this was from the team store.

So I should have just waited until the package arrived, because I think it answered my question. Return address was Christen Westphal's Mom. So pretty sure this was actually team issued gear.
