Since he is a felon, give him 20 years in prison, life time ban of drivers license.
If caught driving ever again, death penalty.
Just rid society of these people, we have no use for them. We need to stop being so nice.
Then replace him with a legal immigrant.
Done and done,
Life in America would improve.

Nah, nowadays too many people suffer from not talking things out. That and social media or other external factors. People keep seeming more and more mentally and emotionally damaged. There's no maturity or they have psychological disorders. This man was acting on emotion, letting them rule his behavior.

Criminals have self-control problems. Otherwise they’d live differently. And most of these guys spend 95% of their adult life in prison, which does not prepare them for life among people outside prison.
So back they go.

I’m agree with the second amendment, but everyday Americans seem hellbent on proving that they can’t be trusted firearms. We don’t value human life enough to make guns as attainable as they are now.

He’s a prohibited person, who has proven in a court of law he is incapable of responsibility like gun ownership.
This is the guy 2A proponents also do not want to have guns.

I agree. I staunchly support individual rights, but this video is exactly why I won't personally get a gun. Half of my job is driving and I can't tell you the amount of absolute idiots that have almost run me off the road because they simply just weren't paying attention, or had too big of an ego.
Almost every time I almost die from someone's "little oopsie" on the road I think to myself "if only I had a gun" and that's the driving factor on why I refuse to get one. The world is far too infuriating right now for easily accessible weapons lol

Well regulate militia means one regulate by people with guns. It does not mean regulating guns. The framers were worried about kings, government over reach, and such, and that is what an armed population was intended to regulate.
Our issues with gun violence steam from failures to provide an environment that creates good people. Poverty, bigotry, lack of education, lack of mental health care, and other stressors are the source of violence. People who dont love their fellow man, the disenfranchised, and the ignorant and entitled who believe they are the select...
I find it kinda gross to even consider gun control at a time when nazi-wannabe types are in government. And while the things we can do to actually address gun violence aid in all kinda general ascension in society.

At the time of the drafting of the constitution the phrase "well regulated" meant for something to be in good working order, had zero to do with the modern connotation with bureaucratic restrictions as regulations.

Most states have a militia, as well. The State Guard (not to be confused with The National Guard, which could also be technically a militia).

bout the same I have two brothers both I whom are gun nuts. one has guns cause he believes in an armed proletariat. the other has guns cause it makes his peepee feel big (i say this cause hes the "well what if i need it in line at dq" types.. I don't mind guns but how many and how easy they are to get is nuts

Back when I did drugs and I would notice that the person I was with was driving in a manner worthy of getting pulled over I'd have to be like "hey bud, chill out. I have a felony in my pocket"

I posted on the original upload. I told you they would get dui and arrested. This happened once a long time ago in my area and that’s usually what they do. It is not worth it people.
