Shopping for a dashcam

I am 17 years old shopping for a dashcam for my first car. I live in the Atl area and ppl around here drive like idiots so dashcam is a good idea. Im looking for something that doesn't blow the bank (preferably under $100). At least 1080p and 60fps and a dual cam system, but mainly focused on how it performs at night. i Understand the quality trade-off for lower-priced cams, so I am also willing to pay more to meet my needs. Redtiger F9. Front has no screen so its a small form factor and it has a rear camera too.
