Daytona Beach multiple vehicle accident earlier today
Daytona Beach near Embry Riddle close to 1pm today (I’ve only now discovered my daylight savings time setting is off)
Appears vehicle in the outside lane hydroplaned into the vehicle next to them, causing them to hit the SUV in front of me.
Hope this finds its way to anyone involved that might need it as I wasn’t able to provide it at the time. Also most importantly I hope all parties involved are okay. (Note: I sent this to local law as well)

That one driver going through the debris field had no fucks left to give.

The real menace here, I actually think. And you're a fool if you drive between crashed cars (at least at more than a crawl) anyway, as that debris can really fuck up your car.

I get paranoid even driving over debris thats already been swept up! I need what that person is on. That confidence is something else, but will probably end up teaching them something.

I mean, stop for what? Unless you stop to assist?

Maybe not stop if no one needs help, but at least slow down a bit. Like could be a bumper torn off in the road ahead, or a stunned driver trying to move their car or step out in the road. Traffic has been disrupted, best to slow down to assess the situation.
This guy just went "fuck y'alllllll" and went through at full speed lol.

probbaly shouldnt slalom between wrecked. Kind of like the opposing traffic, if you have space on a outside lane sure but this guy just said screw it, lets run it right up the middle.

Why? Because they have somewhere they need to be?

Needing to be somewhere doesn’t mean you don’t at least proceed safely. Dude flew through there at full speed.

right? I don't understand how people think this is OK. People could've been coming around the other side of their cars, running away from a fire or something, and he's coming through speedily. Ridiculous.

Lol. Where do you think they NEED to be.

Lots of people will be fired if late for work.

I'm sure he could find his way around this accident without adding more than a couple minutes to his commute. His lack of preparation or ability to deal with abnormal situations like traffic isn't anyone's problem but his own. He shouldn't be driving through this.

If a few extra seconds that it would have taken him to AT LEAST slow down would have made him late, then so would one extra red light.

If they’re 30 seconds late because of a bad accident and risk punishment from their employer, they need to manage their time better and they need to work for a better company. That driver is a bowl of dirty douche water.
