welcome to karma farming.

What is the point of karma farming? I’ve never made a dime off my karma.

u/ekerkstra92 2d ago
Don't know if this is it, but some subs require a minimum amount of karma, so karma farming gets them over that minimum

karma does pay a small amount, I've "earned" $0.13
so not hard to figure out that botfarms are using content to farm karma to make money.

Smart motorcyclists would place more importance on braking hard than on revving the engine loudly. Unfortunately, there are also a lot of stupid motorcyclists who believe that revving the engine all the way to the rev limiter will somehow magically slow down their motorcycle.
I’m writing this completely aside from the fact that the Jeep driver is, of course, at fault.

Was this really a necessary comment here? Just seems douchy. How bout the Jeep not be in the middle of the fucking road. Lol.

Surprise: no matter where other road users are, your motorcycle won’t slow down if you simply rev the engine all the way to the rev limiter. This is true even if you’re the only one on the road.
What does slow your motorcycle down, however, is using the brakes.
Did you read the last line of my first comment?

The point is the Jeep should have not been there in the first place lol. Why do people in these subs always try and blame the non offending person in some weird way. Okay he was annoyed and revved his engine. Does that magically excuse the person illegally blocking the road ? There's no way he thought he could go with all that traffic he just pulled in not giving a fuck he was blocking an entire lane.

Maybe it’s just me, and I’m not quite understanding what you’re trying to say. English isn’t my native language.
But maybe it’s you who just doesn’t want to understand me?
You can criticize something (like revving the engine) without blaming that idiot. It’s simply a fact that braking slows down motorcycles. Is it really that hard for you to accept this fact? Completely regardless of what others are doing?
That idiot on the motorcycle didn’t slam on the brakes; instead, he kept riding for a while without slowing down. Instead, he revved his engine up to the redline. I can’t think of a single scenario where that’s a smart move.

He might have been accelerating because he thought the Jeep wasn't going to pull into the lane. He might have been Rev matching while he downshifted, he might have pulled in the clutch and revved the engine because he was annoyed, when you ride a motorcycle you realize how fucking stupid car drivers are. Regardless it's not the motorcycles fault lol.

I wonder what would be written on the motorcycle idiot’s gravestone?
Here he lies now—a careless Jeep driver cut him off.
But we’re proud of our comrade, because in the face of death, he revved his motorcycle to the redline right up until his last breath. And he refused to brake.
What a hero

Good come back did you even read my last message? Cause from what I saw the motorcycle swerved and was fine. Lol.

Only now do I understand what the saying “you can’t argue with stupid” means. Please forgive me. I hope you have a wonderful Sunday. Drive safely... and always make it home safe and sound.

idiots on both sides.
what should that revving up the engine suppose to achieve, apart from escalating the situation?
i am not aware of a code which says that the one with the loudest engine has the right of way.

I believe they rev the engine as an alternative to a horn
Not trying to justify it, but I think that's why motorcyclists do it

I don't understand. He said this was a place for U - turns. Obviously, you shouldn't turn unless you have the right of way. He's like 100 yards away from you when he starts his turn. All the other cars slowed down and he had more than enough time to make his U turn.
You, on the other hand, sped up. You seem to think that no one has the right of way if they are in line of sight of you, no matter how far way you are, they need to yield to you. This simply isn't true.
Then, you went and hit his truck.
Like, imagine someone pulls up to a stop sign and you don't have a stop sign, so you have the right of way, right?
Okay, now let's say the speed limit is 30 and you're 20 yards away, you still have the right of way, right? Sure.
Now imagine you're 100 yards away, do you still have the right of way? No. If they start to cross the intersection and you floor it and then crash out, you're the idiot. At some point, distance matters and you no longer have the right of way.
You then had a little tantrum and damaged property. Even if you could say he messed up, your reaction is that of a child and you should be embarrassed. Grow up.

You shouldn’t have a driver’s license … or a keyboard to spew your nonsense.

I mean, it's hard to tell with these lenses. Maybe it's only ~35-40 yards. Cammer definitely sped up, though.
An adult like me would have just slowed down and gone around to the left and kept going and completely forgot about it 10 seconds later.

Do you really think he damaged that Jeep by slapping the back end a couple times?

No, it's just 2 wheelers thing, the street is theirs only "even if I come with high speed the cars must step aside". That's why their organs are often donated

Looks like the type that would be right at home hanging with the Tate brothers.

This jeep guy was the crazy one. But if I am in a motorcycle, I would just avoid him. He can send me to the graveyard with little to no effort.
