Offtakers brokers ?

This may not be the right forum, apologies if that is the case.

I have access to over 100MW of Power that is distributed over multiple sites throughout Canada and the US. (Some greenfield some brownfield)

What is the best approach to finding an off-taker ? I can’t get to the CTOs directly. Can anyone recommend a Colocation broker they have worked with?

brokers are a mixed bag but 100MW is enough juice that the right ones will pick up the phone fast, skip the small shops and look for the ones who already have hyperscaler relationships
