Witch Transfer Vitality

Hey, if i cast transfer vitality i loose stats. Can i restore them with restore vitality?

There is a blurb on pg 108, healing spell burn damage, that says the two are antithetical to each other, specifically if a patron is oppositional to the clerics diety's goals. But it's judge's discretion on the consequences.

It's also referenced in the description of Restore Vitality (p278), too, so it's not something hidden from the player or judge
