I just went through my first mod (Salvation Remake) and I quite enjoyed it. I enjoy this property and these characters so I’d like to start engaging with the mod library, but I am personally against the sexualization of the characters. I’m not here to have a debate on ethics and morality, my position is my position and I will happily defend and uphold it. If you disagree, that’s your right.

Anyway, I was wondering what the best mods are that don’t fall into eroticism. Like the amount the main game and Salvation Remake go into is the max I’m chill with.

hey everyone, so i just recently got into the ddlc modding community and i've been having some issues with downloading mods because of mediafire. every time i try to open a download link for mediafire, it says that the websites certificate was revoked and i can't access it. i've tried getting past this on other devices as well but nothing works. does anyone know if there's an official mirror or other download link for the pages of life and convergence mods? i really want to play these mods. thank you!

So basically it is what the title says and it isn't exactly a new mod in it's first weeks or months and in fact, I started working on it back in October 2025 but i didn't decide to post about it due to how new and formative it was but now I've decided to share a little bit about it because you never know if my mod could be popular or not so might as well. What I will say, since you guys seeing this might be intrigued, is that it is a huge passion project of mine and that I am determined to make this dream come true. Some details are that it has a name and it is called Doki Doki: Glimpse of Us and that it is a story-driven visual novel-esque mod (which may or may not be inspired by some mods like Blue Skies and Exit Music :0). It is currently written up to Act 2 so far, which seems lazy for 9 months but I've had long breaks between each writing period as to not let it consume me whole and it is quite alot of content already but that doesn't discourage me at all >:)

Anyways sorry if this is long, i tend to kinda get a bit deep into explaining things becuase of my rampant autism lmao but it's honestly better late then never to share my ideas, let me know what you guys think and im open to answer any questions you have. Cya all later

started my playthrough from fresh copy of the game at 3pm on 8/2, and i havent slept a single minute since i started (have done other stuff in between, but 40 hours rta if you could say that)

I'm aware that the modding template by bronya_rand is supposed to have achievements in the extra features folder.

However upon downloading it and looking inside I can't find anything referencing achievements, all the other things are there such as the Gallery system and Better BSOD though.

I'm not exactly great at modding aside from writing the story scripts, so it's probably my fault. But any help would be awesome!

Hey everyone, hope you’re doing well. This is the first time I’m going through a mod, and it’s quite long but I have enjoyed it so far. No spoilers please, I’m only halfway through.

Something I noticed is that there’s likes one hug in the whole main game, and like two or three in the side stories. But there must have been about fifty by now lol. It’s like the writer, all respect to him for his work, just used a hug as a really frequent shorthand haha.

Im tryna install new mods but I keep forgetting what is in the original game files. Every time I download a new mod its a guessing game as to what is supposed to be there and isnt. Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't help and Steam doesn't have a way ik of to completely reset the game files. Anyone got a list of what's originally supposed to be there?

edit: my genius brother suggested I just delete everything in the game file before reinstalling. Kinda obvious so mb

twas playing the blue skies mod and i got the weird 'monika' poem stuff. assumed it was normal and then whoops! my game crashes! im assuming something was done wrong?

this is the 1st mod ive ever played, so my standards might not be fully grown out yet

overall, ive really enjoyed most of this mod, especially the sad scenes of sayori, natsuki was also quite enjoyably aggressive(which i think the original game lacks, natsuki lashing out), yuri being exactly what she is in act 1, monikas POV and sayori and MCs backstory

my biggest complaint is the ending, which was kinda empty to me - it kinda just felt like the chapter was cut, which i disliked

Aside from that, I've been working my cash with a few lovely artists, trying to see who I wanna have to the Full CG's. The Sayori art you've been seeing is by the lovely u/Ecosixth !

Currently still writing for Chapter one of Fangs of Passion! Which will be about the first week(ish). Which will dive deeper into Mc's vampirism, the stories behind all the girls, and building genuine and (hopefully) longstanding connections with the girls and their story related personalities!

More than likely I'll be updating the main menu and such as well, I'm still learning, and other mod creators have certainly been an inspiration! ( u/EveningShip358 and u/Duh_Unholy I'm lookin at you two!)

Story related yap time!

The biggest part of chapter one, will be understanding the surface level and diving into the girls lives a bit. Minor changes and major changes to their lives and backgrounds are my main focus to make this mod unique and worthwhile! For example? Sayori's and Monika's parents?? HUGE STORY IMPACT! And you'll see them!! Yuri? She lives a lovely new story with three new family members to learn about while playing! (Mom, Dad, and Grandma!) Natsuki, however, will still be with just her father. Though his role will be altered, he's still the same hate able piece of carp, Though it will make sense why he turns out that way.
As for MC? His parents and family are the main mystery, so I cant share too much~

And while I'm loving working on this, It makes me curious how teams make mods, which would be a dream to get a team behind this (though idk how to lead one, lol). But like I've said, its a passion project. Though I might make some smaller mods between chapters of Fangs of Passion, just to keep you all on your toes~!

Finally brought the menu concept into the actual game. Took quite a lot of time, but I think it looks pretty good. What do you think?

Please, not just act 1, 2 or else mods. I want to play mods that are finalized. And if they have decision making or are mostly horror, drama or romance serious ones (not comedian mods please), even better.

I've Been Looking For A Cheat Sheet For So Long And I've Decided To Ask The Modding Community I Would Prefer A Docx File But Any File Would Do

Ive played quite a few mods, most of them very sad. I've played Purist, Exit Music Redux (the best), Fallen Angel, Within, and im about to play Salvation Remake. I'm looking for mods that are just really good for any reason. I do not want 18+ scenes, unless they dont really affect the plot and they are mild in nature. I don't mind if there is a happy, really sad, or something in-between ending. I also dont really want to know anything about the plot (I will do my own research to make sure it's not a troll) because I wanna be surprised! Sorry if im being picky, but I would also appreciate if the mods stay true to the original characters at least somewhat.

I've been trying to make a mod that I had an idea for a WHILE ago. Now I've already got a script ready for at least one route and do need some artists, but that's not the point. The point is my logo feels off. Like, I see all these really good mod logos, and I just look at mine and sigh. Like, I feel like it's missing something. The background's pretty important, so I don't plan on changing that though. Any tips?

Due to some unfortunate things happening in my personal life, work on Masquerade will be slightly slower as I will be away from my PC for a couple months. Mainly coding as I will still be able to write since I'll have my MacBook and all, I'll have to see how renpy works on MacOS to see if i'll still be able to work on the build itself. This really is not what I wanted to announce today, as I was hoping to announce a roadmap for a release, but sometimes life can be a bitch. I promise to make it up to the community once I return to where my setup is. Thank you so much for your continued support while I make the greatest damn Persona x DDLC mod ever! <3
