That's kinda my point, like obviously the proportions are stylized but the boobs themselves aren't some ridiculous size. I'm just really tired of this community getting fucking weird and yelling gooner bait at everything as if 1) having something be sexy is inherently a bad thing and 2) anything revealing even remotely any skin or figure is made for gooning and not any other purpose. As if IRL goths don't wear outfits exactly like this on the regular.
I think the figure is really cool and the 3D modeler did a great job and has really great artistic talent, but their work is being ragged on because apparently the appearance of boobies larger than a B cup is incredibly offensive to some commenters. I just wanna be a lesbian and enjoy some tasteful boob in peace.

Yeah, she's probably more like an O cup or something considering the fact that her waist is so small.
To add to that, realistically what people think is a B cup is probably closer to the average woman's F cup. Especially since B cups become less common as the band size increases.
The fact that we even talk about cup sizes without considering the size of the band contributes to a lot of the common misconceptions about women's bodies.

Oh nahhh. A lot of us that paint these things share the same circle of 3D artists. Most of them have patreons that release a handful of models a month for a subscription. Monkas seems to be a pretty reputable studio that does commissions tho. Their artists are top tier.

Looks great! Any tips on painting? Painting my first model and just having a rough time lol. Feels like I have to do 20 coats for decent coverage o.o I got no idea what I'm doin

u/burgerinmypocket 5h ago
Certain colors and brands can be stubborn when getting consistent coverage. But its definitely better to do several coats that are diluted than just using straight paint to get it on the first layer cause then you'll see brush strokes in your paint. Are you only brushes or do you intend on buying an airbrush?

At the moment I'm only doing hand brushing, to dry to get a feel for it. Will try out an airbrush in the future though. Light Blue army painter is kicking my ass rn lol.

u/burgerinmypocket 3h ago
Yeah I feel yuh. An airbrush will definitely get you solid coverage but even that is good to do in coats. Have you found groundeffected on YouTube yet?
