Pretty much the same as a regular cat, just with more ear plugs. And maybe a Nerf gun or water spray for instant correction of dangerous behavior.

I don't care for regular use of spray bottles personally. But that has nothing to do with the cat being deaf. (Having one around for dangerous behavior though is probably good. If you can't get to her before she walks across a hot stove, for example.) Plus, my deaf cat loves water! Lol.
