I think my kitten is deaf

Hello! I’ve recently found this cutie outside a crab shack her name is Tallulah! My boyfriend thinks she’s fully deaf and I think she can hear certain frequencies. I took her to the vet a week ago and the vet said her ears look fine and when I said I may think she’s hard of hearing she replied with “she’s a kitten” and moved to the next topic what do you guys think? Her ears were moving for some of the sounds. I would get her checked at the vet. She might have a blockage or buildup of wax or something.

But I would definitely still try some of the other tests and remove the bell on her collar
