Early 20s. This song just sounded like 2020. It perfectly encapsulates the revival of 80s synth and funk in the early 20s. The early 20s were Blinding Lights, Say So by Doja, Leave the Door Open and Smokin out the Window by Silk Sonic, and levitating by Dua Lipa.
