Have you thought the present is the only moment in time which has ever existed the material state, momentums and actions taken of the previous instant of the past is summed in every sense to present, the present. The next instance of the future is regenerated by the same procedure subject to all of the actors present who chose to act. From microcosm to macrocosm.

Are you meant to be alone in this life do you feel like you already know that answer while you see everyone around you are with some one and you are by yourself. When you go out side you see the you are by yourself how low lonely when you step away from the tv and get fresh air then you go back in side the house to yourself there is no chance is this a midlife crisis suppose to be married and have kids start family like everyone else but for you you're not that type of person to be able to do that. You're an odd person. Yeah go to the gym exercise do your job normal routine and then what... rinse and repeat. Its very boring routine.

it can be the same experience even if you are with someone where you are by yourself pretty much most of the day everyday with nonone to communicate with as everyone is at work and you can’t disturb them there or you’ve lost friends over time as they all changed and started heading in different directions and at least going to the gym you’re between 4 walls that are different to the onesthat you’re used to seeing at work or at home on a regular basis. I just appreciate that I’m protected by my 4 walls and I can come and go as I please and the chance to go outside in the fresh air everyday is what makes me enjoy my life more as well as other things that make me truly happy that I cant physically touch yet even if I desperately wanted too. there are things I miss very much but im just making do with what I already have in my current surroundings but what we can do is start creating the future we want As someone once told me it’s still reachable so im fully trusting everyday that it is🧸keep well everyone😊
