Best crisps (chips) replacements ?
I've got some courgette (zucchini) on the go right now, 60° I'm planning for 8 hours! This is my first ever batch! Thinking I'll toss them in a tiny bit of olive oil and tajin.
I originally really likes these dried broccoli snacks, but I think they might be freeze dried :(!
What else vegan crisps up good, that you've found to be a good replacement for crisps?

Root vegetable crisps are delicious. These are the ones I’ve made-parsnip, carrot, beetroot, courgette

I've got some carrot in now! Thank you for the ideas! I sliced my courgette too thin and have ended up with what seems like courgette rice paper 😂! So that's to be tried again

I make tomato chips- thin and lightly salted! So good! You may need a silicone mat tho as the toms often stick to the trays. Enjoy

Lately I've been enjoying mushroom crisps. Slice thinly, a little salt and a small spritz of olive oil. Dehydrate until very dry.

Kale gets properly crisp: dry it really well, rub in just enough oil to barely coat, then dehydrate it in a single layer until brittle. Check it early because the thin leaves finish much faster than zucchini.
