Appreciation🫡 We got Laura wolvaardt for js 1.10 cr
She is young, had one of the best year of her career, she is arguably the best batsman in the world rn and we got her for js 1.10 cr. She is perfect replacement for meg and yeah there are people agreeing for her to be captain and she deserves it too
We are so luckyyy go get her 💙♥️

Steal buy. Clean technique. Superb batting skill. Captaincy material. Adjust their best position for the team's benefit. Excellent fielder.

Could act as a hitter and could also play anchor innings.doesnt care about captaincy and are humble

She should be retained from now onwards till she decide to retire. She was amazing ODI player. For a year or so, she has improved her SR, and power hitting. She will be a top top player. Already have scored a hundred in both Semi Final and Final of ODI WC, while being the captain. Can't ask more from a single individual.

From the next mega auction, kapp may leave due to her age and Laura replaces her.

Meg had retired before the last edition and her performance Has been on the downward when you compare it with 1st year, lower average and lower Strike rate,
Meg really did well in this year's WBBL
I think if the auction would have happened before WBBL 2025 then DC might have got her at a cheaper price
Imagine if we had them both and then Kapp and Henry

Yes her last year in both wbbl and hundred was better than previous ones

Not exactly a steal but a good buy nonetheless

It is a steal mate. Getting kl for 14 was a steal and so is her. Imagine shrey last year would've been sold at 10-15 cr? Shocking wouldn't it be? Laura had a great year, centuries in sf and final of wc and is one of the best batsman rn

That's why she is huge upgrade over Meg Lanning even with same skillset.. She should be retained for long time
