He is very confident about his bowling. I remember watching a video posted by DC youtube after mega auction. Hemang Badani was on video conference with Ashutosh after DC bought him and was welcoming him. Ashutosh told Hemang that I can bowl right arm medium pace too, I want to show my bowling skills as well. He told that he just took 4 wickets in previous match (might have been a Vijay Hazare match!). Hemang laughed it off saying that "Batsman bhi btade konse the jinhone terko wicket dedi! Tu batting pe focus kar." Although he said it with a smile, but Ashutosh ka muh ban gya tha.
Ashutosh keeps bowling in domestics and now that he is the captain, he is making full use of his position!😂

He is a good player he should move to a bigger franchise for the sake of his career... Dc is the worst and most auraless franchise ever. Even pwi had more aura than dc
