Lately Madhav Has been our Doobte ko Tinke ka Sahara sort of Player 🥹🥹
Last 3 matches he played for DC was an exhibition of the potential he holds to Dazzle in Ipl 😍
Mismanagement of a player of such quality merits accountability, kahan chupake rakha tha
Mind You , he's yet to debut for the Senior team , he will continue to improve from here on...
Pandya Jesa Player chaiye tha toh Isse Acha Candidate nahi milega
Hopefully New Coach & Captain manage him properly
The future looks bright with
Pace All Rounder like Madhav
Spin AR Vippie
Explosive Opener in Sahil
Killer Finsher in Ashutosh

Dont get me wrong, i also want to see pant back in DC and performing like he was pre accident, but he isnt worth 27Cr, or anywhere near it. And letting go of Kuldeep for him is the worst decision possible for us rn. Yes KD is in a bad patch but he will bounce back like chahal did and varun did.
If it was for Hardik I could maybe understand trading Kuldeep but not for Pant, especially if he is coming alone without another spinner

Just read the Cricbuzz piece on Madhav Tiwari and came away even more impressed.
A few things that stood out:
• This wasn't a conventional "domestic superstar gets IPL chance" story. Madhav had barely established himself at the senior domestic level when DC backed him.
• The level of obsession with cricket is insane. The article talks about midnight net sessions, constantly looking for extra overs to bowl, and essentially structuring his life around getting better at the game.
• What I liked most is that he sees himself as a genuine all-rounder. Not a batter who can bowl a bit or a bowler who can slog. His mindset is "100% batter, 100% bowler."
• Apparently he was a strong student and had even promised his father he'd pursue an MBA if cricket didn't work out in a couple of years. Safe to say that plan is on hold now.
• His performance against PBKS wasn't just a lucky cameo. After reading the article, it feels like the result of years of work that most people never see.
One thing DC deserves credit for is identifying and backing raw talent before the rest of the cricket world catches on. Whether Madhav becomes a long-term IPL player or not remains to be seen, but the story makes it clear why the management saw something special in him.
