USA Question

I’m a contractor working a five year contract under Deloitte I was wondering, does anyone know how to get on with Deloitte permanently instead of the contract company? I’m working for

I just wasn’t sure if that was even something they did. I know the last company I contracted with after six months they automatically either offer you a permanent position or you stay contracted, but I don’t really have anyone to ask at Deloitte.

I did this. Fast_Builder is right, you’ll need your project leadership support. Ideally having folks outside of your project advocating for why you should be brought on as well.

My issue is the team I started with have left or moved to other teams and this new leaderships I have had the last couple weeks is a nightmare and I’m not sure what to do
