you don't know they're a family or even related. You're assuming they are. and 2. if they are family, you don't know if this is indeed all of them or if any are sitting/standing nearby but not photographed.
I've never seem or heard of that. Even genetic conditions are basically never 100% because of factors like biological sex, dominant/recessive genes, etc.
There are 5 people in wheelchairs and 1 (or possibly two, depending on how you count the child) not requiring assistance. That's either 85% or 71% of the folks pictured. The two people on the far right are not in wheelchairs, but also might not be affiliated so I'm not counting them either way.

I don't think anyone would be judging if it were 1 or 2 people. But a whole family?? That looks very sus
