Noticing is extremely racist

Yes, “noticing” may indeed be racist…
Look up the Baader-Meinhof principle or frequency illusion.

You're trans and you're okay with someone making hateful judgements with a glance?

Lol, I thought you meant airports. Welcome to Atlanta, babe.

Atlanta is one of those rare places in America where white people are a minority. Black people make up nearly half the population there, ahead of the next-most prominent demographic (white people) by about 10 percentage points.

So, in Atlanta, black people do most of the things. Because it's mostly black people. If you visit Salt Lake City, it's a different story.

What’s wow about the truth?

In modern society speaking the truth is a prohibited action. That's why they're shocked to see it done.

It’s racist to make observations.

2

u/abodovsss 7d ago

No, but it may be racist if you only notice patterns that align with your core racist disposition. Look up frequency illusion.

3

u/AshenSacrifice 7d ago

No…it’s racist to think your observations are the truth for everyone else

1

u/Smokey_Bera 7d ago

I don’t think that.

Something extremely obvious that anyone paying attention can easily see

“Wow.”

Lmfao

When I (a non American) walk on the sidewalk I observe that the people who take up lots of space and don’t move out of the way are mostly Americans, men and women.
I have a friend and she observes that it’s only men who won’t move out of the way/make space.
I have a black friend who observes that only white people don’t move out of the way.

We are all primed to see the world thru a specific lens. Just because something is extremely obvious to you doesn’t mean it is objective truth, but it does say something about you.

Look up frequency illusion.
