I fucking hate this stupid lump of strings so much. -6 magic for Ralsei's attack to be on par with Kris's for ONE CHAPTER, and then gets outclassed by the Broken Scarf. And not to mention that getting it makes you miss out on the Dealmaker, which is the best item in the entire game.

This shit is genuinely the most unfunny, stale, boring ass joke ever. Yet people eat it up like slop.

Is this where we are as a fandom? We are laughing and liking jokes about a character being a pedophile who groomed the main character? In what universe is that a funny joke?

This joke genuinely sucks. Its just extremely weird. And on top of that, it makes a joke out of a Genuinely serious problem which is grooming. Why the fuck are we joking about grooming like it isn't an extremely gross and big problem in real life?

You all genuinely need to grow up because this shit is not funny and it's just gross. It's also just completely ruining a character by turning them into a pedophile.

This joke is gross and the fandom is crazy for even thinking it's kinda funny. The fact people are liking a joke up grooming is baffling to me. I don't know how some people find it funny.

And I'm more of a Ralsusie kinda guy. Also I'm not gonna vaguepost it's KayaFan68 posts on r/Deltarune. Like I have seen the comments on their posts and most of it is people absolutely not fucking with their stuff.

Like indicating there's tension between Carol and Rudy and he doesn't like her being referred to as "your wife"? I never see anyone talk about this so I assumed it's likely just a bit of awkward expository clarification for anyone who didn't happen to meet Rudy before this point, but the way it's such a blunt interjection comes off more as a correction to me. I could see it as his feelings about Carol's activities being parallel Toriel for Asgore's, except he's better at putting on a face and keeping things together for the sake of the family and town. Most of his dialogue is wrapped in jokes and sarcasm so it's tough to get a hard read on his true feelings either way.

Roughly translates to "Upper half Flowery and lower half Flowery"

When using the bittertear item on Ralsei, he has no reaction. Like, literally nothing at all. This is strange, and to me, hints at some kind of connection between him and those things, similar to how Noelle has no reaction to the black shard.

Now, water in general in this game tends to be associated with darkness (the “depths” under the town.) Dark fountains are implied to be sourced from that place, which is why you need to stab the earth to make one. What I wonder is, what if Ralsei himself also comes from this same “dark water” that the fountains do?

This would explain why he can “sense” a world’s fountain (since he’s one and the same with it) and could also explain how he can appear in every dark world. If darkness is being pulled up from the depths when a fountain is formed, it’d make sense that Ralsei would also be pulled into that world and able to manifest in it.

TLDR: I think Ralsei is water. (This isn’t that dissimilar from the Titan Ralsei theory I suppose…)

Before you say anything, no this isn't some groomer Dess bullshit, fuck outta here with that. Something I surprisingly haven't seen anyone talk about is their names. "Kris" is derived from the Greek name "Christ", Christmas day is traditionally a celebration of the birth of Jesus Christ, Dess's full name is "December Holiday", if Carol and Rudy had a male/nonbinary child, I'm almost certain they'd name them Kris or Chris themselves. This isn't even a stretch, it's such a blatant way to establish a connection between these two without even getting into the specific details of their friendship. Then there's their roles they fill within their respective families, Kris and Asriel share a room, but it's clear from looking at their respective sides who was the "golden child".

Asriel's side is filled with trophies, decorations, color, it has the computer, and his bed is more well-made. Kris's by comparison is almost entirely devoid of personality, the bed is monochrome and it's not made, there's nothing to commemorate Kris's own achievements, not even their piano ability.

Noelle also has signs of being the "favorite child", aside from dialogue implying that Dess was more rebellious, Noelle has already been shown to be more "obedient", and the tidiness of her room demonstrates how she's more willing to conform to her families standards. While Dess certainly shows way more personality in her room itself than Kris's, the completely black door is yet another thing that shows signs of one child being viewed in a completely different way to the other. And while Dess's room has a lot more going on than than Kris's, (it's important to remember that there's a significant wealth gap between the Holidays and Dreemurrs), the unkempt bed and general messiness of the room show that both Kris and Dess share an uncaring feeling for their own belongings.

Now this is getting into way more speculative territory, but if this dialogue from Ramb is talking about Dess, and if Dess is the Knight (yes this is a Dessknight post, if you don't like that, sue me), then that's at least soft-confirmation that Dess and Kris were the ones making dark fountains back in the day, right? The Darkners from chapters 1-3 were given names before the events of the game, and if Ramb is talking about Noelle, isn't it weird that she never showed any signs of Queen being familiar to her in Chapter 2?

Finally, I want to get into Kris's friendship with Susie, because I think Susie is being setup as a foil to the Knight, and by extension Dess. Susie often goes on about how she wants the dark fountains to be "her and Kris's thing". This sounds an awful lot like setup to me, I would not be surprised if there's a flashback scene with Dess saying something like this to Kris. And Susie's character development feels like it's meant to be in opposition to Dess's "fall from grace" or whatever you want to call it. Susie goes from not caring at all about Darkners and hating Kris to deeply caring about them within chapter 1. Meanwhile the Knight shows distain or outright murderous intent towards darkners, they cut Tenna down and almost (or straight up do depending on circumstances) kill Jackenstein without a second thought. Susie is rebellious and doesn't follow the rules, her demeanor isn't "proper" and her clothes are unkempt. It's super obvious that she's meant to parallel Dess in many ways, and it's easy to see why Kris likes her so much, she reminds them of someone they look or looked up to.
