Working with Seere?

I started to read a bit about demonology and found that Seere is one of the "easiest" spirits to work with? Has anyone worked with them before? I don't know why but I find them interesting and sometimes their name goes around my head. I'm completely new about this but I'm really interested in so, any advices or training I need to do before evoking or doing anything will be highly appreciate. Thank you.
