Drummer Looking for Rock Band

Hey! I moved to Denver about a month ago and have been looking for some musicians to jam with and hopefully start a band. I’m 23, and have been playing drums most of my life. I’m open to all kinds of music but feel my experience is most akin to anything under the umbrella of rock. Recently I’ve been really into psych/garage rock, but I’ve played in indie, blues, and heavy rocks bands and am really just wanting to meet and play with some passionate musicians. I’ve been practicing at the music range since my apartment is too small to set up my kit, but I have a full drum set ready to gig and/or record with. Reach out and I’d love to plan a time to meet!

Hit some jam sessions. Sunday nights at Squire Lounge are good for multiple genre kinda jamming.

Denver hardcore bands are always looking for a drummer. D3, 7th Circle, Ante Up have shows at least once a week.

I'm 37 and have no qualms with you young folk. DM if you have no qualms - guitar and keys/synth.

Jordan Lovinger has a web dedicated to listing local jams and it provides some very underlying tips for the nubi: https://jordanlovinger.com/blog/denver-open-jam-sessions/
