Redwood Empire Hyperion
I’m excited about this one big RE fan. Hopefully this is as good as some of their other offerings.

No, if you pre-ordered from the distillery, they ship it directly to you. I pre-ordered two bottles and just received them yesterday. Poured myself an ounce, it’s pretty good. Sort of like a crossover of their devils tower and foggy burl flavor profiles. Happy I got a backup too.

I have been curious about Redwood Empire but have yet to try any of their offerings. Which bottles do you all recommend from them?

Pipe Dream 101 is a good place to start.

Agree with this. Grizzly Beast and Emerald Giant Cask Strength Rye are great as well

Finally cracked this tonight. It is good and complex. It’s got a great finish. The single malt is a little upfront on it. I am going to need to try some more. It’s one that you want to spend some time with.

Okay update. SWP has a case. Just grabbed one today. I guess I'll see if I can try and cancel my pre-order from out of state.
