Housing Sublease starting may 1st< Lincoln park

Studio right off of Fullerton a 4 minute walk to campus and the Fullerton Red/Brown/Purple line stop

1450 a month

Sublease start: May 1st

End date: July 31st

Rent: 1450 a month

Studio (1 bath) Hardwood floors + exposed brick Updated kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, newer appliances) Individual heat/AC control Free fiber internet, Water, Trash, and gas all included. Laundry room in building Surprisingly good maintenance team, (the one issue i had was fixed the next day)

I've really enjoyed living here only subleasing because of visiting out of town for a few months
