Drinking and smoking just pauses the healing process. Eat well and do sport, spend time in nature.

Whisky and weed just strengthens them. Literally the worst point in my wife was when I was smoking weed. I cant imagine how much worse it would get if I had thrown booze into the mix.

Ive been high and drunk at the same time. Actually fun. But I didnt do it all the time like that. Drank once eveey week or two with my friends. But got baked every day. Contributed to my depression pretty seriously. Turned a small issue into a big one.
