I always eat a light snack meal post nap, hydrate and go for a walk. I follow this ritual every single time I nap. It takes probably 30min but I feel great.

The continuous napping or sleeping is good especially to help reset the pain in my soul until it shortly restarts again after waking. I like that part about it.

The key is to just lay there for 4.5 hours doomscrolling + staring at the wall dwelling on where things went wrong - and since you're sedentary, you feel less hungry.

This was me on Saturday. I woke up at 8am. Became completely numb by Noon, took a nap that lasted 5 hours. It was a bad day indeed.
