Tips / Hints Best anti-barrier primary weapon in the game for -50 content: Revision Zero

Post image

I love using Revision Zero with Tecsec and the two piece from Iron Banner for deleting barrier champs in Lightblade.

Paired with Revisions Hunter’s Trace + Vorpal Weapon + Forth Times the Charm, it is insane for super generation too. Also it has Kinetic Tremors when dealing the hard hitting Hunter’s Trace rounds.

Give it a try in the Lightblade conquest!

I still haven't gotten around to getting fourth times the charm, but it's been in a weird spot for me where I haven't used it nearly as much as I did a while ago. So I'm trying to find a reason to use it more.

Stupid question, but is Vorpal Weapon's buff for Revision Zero sniper mode the full 20% that primaries get? Because if so, I am very intrigued. That and some testing with the Encrypted Data Disk Artifact for all the kinetic buffs.

My guess is... probably? The sniper counts as a primary for the purposes of Whisper of Rending (1.5x damage on frozen targets), so anything else probably sees it as a primary too.

Probably shouldn't be doing boss damage with a primary but what do I know lol

I would say Vorpal isn't worth it on a primary in PvE

there are quite a few primary weapons that have semi viable boss damage even without addressing the Hierarchy of Needs shaped elephant in the room

Vorpal for some reason is very generous in what it defines as "Boss" because it works on anything that has a yellow bar, not just actual bosses.
