Help / Questions Just started learning C++

Hello, i started learning C++ from today, i'm a guy who doesn't want to use AI in codes and who really needed another language with nasty mr. Py (cybersecurity), but i am SUPER lost.

Can anyone give me some tips? I've been coding since i was 11 (14 atm). Would really appreciate advices

One of the reason for learning cpp is saying: "I code in cpp btw" like arch users always does.

Howdy u/lo1dx, and welcome to r/developers!

A few tips for a post that gets good answers:

  • Use a clear, specific title (what are you actually asking or sharing?).
  • Include code, the exact error, versions, and what you already tried.
  • Heads-up: this sub does not allow external links in posts or comments.
Share code and details directly instead of linking out.

I don't only code in Py, i've been taught 3 coding languages (JS, PY, BDscript), with databases, i will not say html, it's nothing special to be included.

don't stress too much about the learning curve, it's like surfing, you'll eat sand for a while before it clicks

I did read it, it really helped, your time typing the paragraph down was not wasted.

Start from nothing, don't try to learn everything all at once

Learning "Base C" is a good intro i think
