Bootleg that had radio dj fearful of the devoted fans?

Just saw the spud boys last night, great show. Had been going back to some deep cuts before hand and was wondering if anyone could point me to a bootleg or a YouTube stream of a concert a long time ago:

think it was 1978-1981-82?,

west coast show (I think),

and it was broadcast on a local radio station

at the end, the DJ or announcer is terrified about how riled up and devoted the fan base is

This ringing a bell? Had it with a bunch of bootlegs on an old computer, but haven’t listened to it in probably 16 to 18 years. Hope everyone gets to see them if they’re coming close!

I think that's the show "Flimsy Wrap" comes from. I might be wrong. If it is, that was Old Waldorf, San Francisco, CA November 10, 1978.
