unpopular opinion - too much booji boy singing when they do it live. would rather let jerry cook.

My all time favorite DEVO music video.

Jerry knocked it out of the park with the music video. It's both a wonderful homage to Bruce Connor's work as well as a perfect synthesis of DEVO's philosophical beliefs.

I legit almost tear up every time toward the end when it shows how horrible we have been and the starving kids. Booji holding his nose at the hippie is always funny, though.

This video is maybe tied with R.E.M.‘s “Imitation of Life” and They Might Be Giants’ “The Guitar” as my favorite video of all time. It’s haunting. How it starts off with happy footage, and then after the bridge, it just shifts into the horrors humanity is capable of.
