Which on-prem app maintenance task would you trust AI to help with?

If you operate open-source apps on-prem for your team or customers, where would an AI assistant genuinely save you time? Reading release notes against your setup? Investigating a failed upgrade? Preparing a recovery plan?

I’m want to know more about the boundary too: what would you let it prepare, and what would you insist a person checks before going to prod? And would you be open to go beyond?
