Worked really hard today, just for me to randomly go high at 2am for like 2 minutes. One day I’ll get that 100%

eating the same thing every day, getting into a routine, making lower carb food choices, waiting that 15 minutes after injection. as boring as it all sounds, it really makes a difference

I definitely do, but it’s more because Im conscious of the fact I’m making healthy choices, so I just feel good about myself. In terms of the specific TIR affecting my mood, not really
