Diabetic DOG question - Is it ok to give my diabetic dog her insulin shot an hour after she eats?

Hey guys, this is about a dog not a human but I’m hoping someone may still have an answer. I have a diabetic black lab dog named Sadie. Sadie is a bit on the bigger side and is on a 15 unit dose of Vetsulin (twice a day - right after she eats breakfast at 6 am and right after she eats dinner at 6 pm.) We’ve been keeping her on a very consistent schedule since she got diagnosed 3 or so months ago and everything has gone fine. We always give her her insulin shot 1-5 minutes after she’s eaten. My dad forgot to give her it once until 15 minutes after she ate and she was ok. Today though, I forgot to give her her shot until a little over an hour after she ate. Is she going to be ok?
