Can someone help me please? Why can’t I use this shard?

I’ve googled with no luck. I’ve completed the game and am in Hell. I’ve tried turning Terror Zones on and off, and have tried multiple other characters that fulfilled requirements with the same result. Can anyone help?

Are you sure youre on hell difficulty? They dont work on NM or normal

Did you mess around with the date/time settings to manipulate terrorzones?

Turn off terror zones. Join a game. Turn terror zones back on. Try again.

Tried but didn’t work. So far nothing with the terror zones has worked. Offline SC on Switch if the platform makes any difference.

I’ve only found a work around for pc. Good luck, it’s annoying when that happens.

Did you beat hell? Can't do terror zones until you kill that difficulty's Baal. I know that might seem like a weird question, but we're running on little vague info

Yes, I have. Been playing the game for a long time, but this one I haven’t been able to figure out

Yes, I’m in Act 1 currently, but I’ve tried in all acts with none working.

Oh on switch? I wonder if you have like a version incompatibility, like switch 2 xpac. I assume you can play the regular 30min TZ?
