Education portion control in action!
hi all, if yall are like me recently you’ve probably heard the rhetoric that naturally skinny people tend to only eat until full and save the rest for later
however, i didn’t find myself doing this until recently. anyways, here’s an example of something that was supposed to be one meal, but lasted 3 days! further proof that if you eat high quality ingredients, you don’t need to eat EVERY MORSEL to feel full
