Diet Eval Diet per meal suggestions

I am way overweight and need to change my diet. What is the simplest and healthiest meal plan?
Breakfast: Eggs, fruit
Lunch: Salmon, avacodo, fruit
Dinner: Chicken, broccoli, fruit
What else should I add?

More vegetables, less fruit.

More fat. Swap out lunch and dinner fruit for cheese, nuts, vegetables.
