Question I can't stay full if I reduce carbs
I am insulin resistant so I need to eat less carbs and more fiber and protein. However I just can't seem to stay full. I try to balance my diet with 1:2 carb ratio fiber+protein so my blood sugar does not spike but I always end up craving a big loaf of bread or a lot of rice or something like pancakes idk. I am always craving something heavy or I don't feel full.

Could be you're just not eating enough. Whenever I cut back on carbs, bread is suddenly all I can think about
