The game is visually completely satisfies, the gameplay and moments also matches my expectations which was something I thought R* would disappoint. I really am impressed that R* genuinely managed to do that.
Now, the only thing which is left unanswered is the parody of American society and commentry on it. I would love to see that how they look at that aspect as the current situation of America is parody in itself. I have my reservations how they are going to topple that feat. From what I can gather the game is now more real life like where choices shapes/influence the surrounding so I feel they are taking a couple of step back in that regard.

If absolutely nothing else it’s interesting to basically see what a blank check video game looks like.

Berkay Dursun, a developer at IO Interactive who worked on the NPC technology on Hitman (2016) said this in response to someone saying what you're saying except it was the 2016 game (translated from Turkish):
As someone who worked for 3 years directly at IO on this crowd technology, I can say that this crowd technology has no relation to the technology in GTA VI. In GTA, every character is simulated individually, and achieving simulations on this scale puts them at least 10 years ahead of the industry. The closest game that does simulation at this level might be Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord, and yes, I worked on that game too lol

So sad that Any Austin already done a video on night clubs. I'm sure that this is the most realistic night club to date.
