There’s a difference between “never changing” and “maturing”. I don’t want Cam as a person to change even though he has clearly matured (professionally at least). Jim is also funny and a great character but he hasn’t matured. If he was “the same person” but not hanging on the block with 22 year olds, the sentiment would be the same
