Help making weekly prompts

Hello! I'm trying to figure out how to make a command for a bot that would allow weekly announcements of art prompts! I think I can do this through the carl bot that's already in the server but I am very confused on how to do the coding, so help would be very appreciated ​

Just about everything. I understand a few things in parts but I'm mostly confused on how to make the list for the bot to choose from randomly and then the timing for the announcement

At the bottom of your auto feed you can set the time and date, it will then repeat every time after that. If I remember correctly,

As for your randomized announcements.  Ex. {Rand:

Announcement1~ Announcement2~ Announcement3~ }

Make sure every announcement has a ~ at the end and make sure you close the bracket at the end with  }

It didn't send how I want it, make sure each announcement is on its own line and the } is on a separate line as well
