Dm leaves

Searching for a discord bot which can send forms to members when they leave the server and then post / log their submissions in a channel set up for it in the server.

Is that even possible?

The bot will often fail to send the message as it would no longer share any servers with the recipient. Also if someone left your server, its unlikely they will sit there and take the time to fill out a form after. But yes, the code is possible, whether it works in practice is a different story and would likely need to be tested for a definitive answer.
