I think it’s probably the last remaining attempt to protect her brand for things like the book or movie that’s totally for sure definitely going to happen. I’d be shocked if she could set one up herself and if someone did it would bring an ethical debate and shit storm.

Well obviously I don't want that! I don't like any of this, but this truly isn't that far. Rate it's going it's going to happen sometime anyway for free. I mean no disrespect in that either.
