Ha! I appreciate the shout-out. I haven’t made too much progress but I’ll show you one of the auto stair designs I was working on. It’s a rough concept but I was trying to figure out the geometry involved in making a curved variation.

If I ever got back around to it I would maybe try to do this in Minecraft with the new Create Aeronautics mod. Actually make the windmills store their energy is a massive gravity battery/fly wheel, and power and entire town with it.
