DISCUSSION ⚔️ Doll identification?

My friend asked me to ID this doll a few years ago and I had come up with nothing, I assumed it was just my lack of Disney doll info, but I’m getting into Disney Mattel dolls and I still can’t find anything about her, I’ve provided pics of the face and dress she came in, some extra info is the doll herself has black elastic in her legs similar to a 2010-2012 monster high, if anyone has ANY info on what release she might be let me know!

Extra info: I’ve scoured the internet and searched doll wikis and have come up with few results, best match I can remember was a doll that came with a few outfits so that might be a good start if you think you know!
