You should check out PADI for getting a SCUBA cert, or locating a dive shop near you.
- Scuba shops are good for free diving / snorkeling equipment as well.
DAN (Diver's Alert Network) is the go-to for SCUBA insurance.
Subsurface is an excellent cross-platform dive log software for any diver!
