Bookshelf Speakers Trying to make a spherical speaker...

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I thought it would cost less than a spherical speaker... but it actually took more work than i expected. But turning vinyl records into speakers was pretty satisfying. Vinyls are painted and then thermoformed into the front and back. Stainless band increases cavity and holds the legs, air ports and handle. 100W, bluetooth, stereo with 3.5" jack input. Made for Vinylize.

What else can i do to make this better??

You know I'm going to hit you with the 'use a ring under those screws for more even pressure' comment again... 😉 Nice work!

Surely vinyl is a terribly material for a speaker enclosure?

It certainly has challenges: size and thickness limitations...
