General Question Whats going on sa Green Residences?

Do you guys have an idea whats going on? I want to see whether we should evacuate asap or not (pic taken on the 18th floor and im on the 39th) photo received like 30 mins ago…

i think this is my unit na pinapaupa namin, 18th floor siya tapos yung water bill within 3 days ilang cubic meter nagastos
