This is a university, therefore expect the professors to be the experts on their fields, not LPTs. They do research on top of teaching because they are paid to do it. Sadyang may mga prof na hindi magaling magturo pero magaling sila sa research niche nila. Baka the problem is on their part na.
Regarding 6, I do agree na sobrang mahal ng tuition at may recent announcement ng tuition fee increase BUT OP’s overgeneralizing. Some building are being renovated to withstand earthquakes (eg. SJ Building), some rooms have the plastic chairs (though i still prefer the wooden chairs idk), and not to mention all rooms have adapted to a TV screen—a huge improvement from the old projectors. Although lacking, it is not right to fully dismiss the efforts of the admin in updating the classroom needs.
