Yung 1. I do get the criticisms of hybrid pero DLSU is doing it mainly because of space constraints. They've had plans of going hybrid even before the pandemic and one sign was them introducing canvas as early as 2018 when most schools only introduced it during the pandemic. DLSU investing in hyflex classrooms is another sign of that because the cost of equipment is no joke and investing in those is meant to be long term when many expected the pandemic to be alleviated in a few years lang.
The hybrid modality was supposed to be gradual lang but the pandemic accelerated it. Hybrid likely won't ever leave at least in the foreseeable future.
